YOGA for flexibility
If you dream about:
comfortably reaching your toes so you can tie your shoes when you are out and about;
being able to move freely while playing with kids or grands kids on the floor;
being able to put boxes or dishes up without hurting your back;
or just trying to feel less stiff in the back, hips, or hamstring.
I work with private clients to restore the basic range of motion that we all had as kids and lost along the way to adulthood. Sessions are one-on-one or couple based with a focus on unique needs of the client.
Yoga trapeze CLASSES
I offer private Yoga Trapeze classes in the Saint John area. My classes focus on your safety, proper techniques, and progression that is aligned with your goals.
Yoga Trapeze is an inversion tool. It allows for a safe and effective practice of traction poses to release tension in the back and elongate the spine, improve strength, and grip, and greater flexibility.
GROUP healthy lifestyle COACHING
I offer One-on-One and group coaching sessions that are in person or online with a focus on individual's needs in respect to healthy lifestyle. The sessions may include nutritional and lifestyle sessions based on L.E.A.N. principles, pantry or fridge makeover, or grocery shopping trips with my coaching advice.
