Private and Family Coaching Sessions

I use Motivational Interviewing techniques to help individuals and families who need or are looking to change specific behaviours to attain better health, life balance, and reduce the risk of preventable diseases.  

  • I am certified in Mental Health First Aid and I am comfortable talking about challenges such as stress, depression, or anxiety.
  • I am knowledgeable about plant based nutrition including vegetarian, vegan, and raw vegan lifestyles. 

My approach is based on proper balance that is adjusted to each individual's needs  and supported by a current science.  

I use techniques that support, encourage, and guide your change process. I do not make you do anything when you are not ready, ultimately you are the driver for change, I am your supporter and cheerleader!

Pantry or Fridge Makeover

I come to your home  and together we review the content of your pantry or fridge. During the session I review principles of traffic light eating, provide guidance on food label reading, and help you get ready for a grocery shopping to stock your pantry with healthier alternatives. The session is usually 1-1.5 long. The service is only available in the Saint John Area.


Grocery Shopping Companion

I accompany you on your grocery shopping trip.  Together we review your shopping strategy and your shopping list. We go through the isles together and in the process I provide you with some guidance on food label reading, how to look for healthier alternatives, and we discuss techniques you can use to educate your kids on good nutrition while shopping together.  The session is usually 2 hours long. You are responsible for paying your grocery bill. The service is only available in the Saint John Area.

Walk and Talk 

Individual or group sessions during which we discuss healthy lifestyle, healthy ideas, while being active. The service is only available in the Saint John Area.
