Yoga Trapeze: The Yoga Trapeze is mostly known as a traction tool that allows for safe and accessible inversions for almost everyone. However, Yoga Trapeze is much more than that! It includes pushing, pulling, holding, twisting, back-bending, forward folding, hip opening and so much more. You can work on your strength, flexibility, balance, or calming your nerves. It allows to have fun enjoyable workouts that can break a sweat within minutes, or provide a relaxing restorative practice at the end of the week. Are you ready to hang out on the Trapeze?

Yoga for Flexibility: Yoga for Flexibility focuses on functional flexibility that helps in a daily life movement such as squatting, sitting on the floor, picking up things, lifting overhead. Greater range of motion is associated with lower risk of injury, reduced pain, better posture, improved sleep, and better movement. During practice we focus on long passive hold accompanied by breath to restore the range of motion that we used to enjoy, or discover our true range of motion we never thought we had. Yoga for Strength: The Yoga for Strength focuses on engaging correct muscles and breath coordination to build balanced strength in the body. During the sessions we use body weight and Yoga with Blocks exercises that I developed to rebuild strength after injuries, and to build strength required for more advanced yoga poses and arm balances. Yoga for Balance/Core: The Yoga for Balance/Core focuses on whole core muscles and breath coordination to restore and build strong core on the inside and outside. During the sessions we strongly focus on the breath and couple it with body weight exercises, and additional yoga tools like blocks, ball, wall, chair, etc. Yoga for Balance/Core exercises are developed to strengthen pelvic floor muscles, and improve and restore your balance. Policy

I understand that my yoga teacher is not a clinician and cannot treat, diagnose, or cure any disease, illness or injury. In all cases, students should join classes with approval from a trusted medical professional and should always follow their doctor’s advice.

Liability Waver: Students take full responsibility for their own health and any illness or injury that may occur. Students cannot and will not hold instructors or any employers or affiliates responsible in the case of accident or illness during practice.

Privacy Policy: I am providing my contact information for class registration, updates, marketing, and communication. I can opt out and cancel/remove my complete data at any time by contacting my instructor.

Cancellations: I understand if I want to cancel my registration and get refunded I need to either cancel the class or contact the instructor for a refund at least 24 hours before the start of the class. After that time the registration fee is non refundable. 

Yoga Trapeze: I am fully responsible for safely securing the YogaTrapeze and performing a thorough inspection for any defects before the class.
