Yoga Trapeze: The Yoga Trapeze is mostly known as an inversion tool but it can be used for so much more! In my classes we work on your strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation.

Yoga for Flexibility: Yoga for Flexibility focuses on functional flexibility that helps in a daily life movement such as squatting, sitting on the floor, picking up things, lifting overhead.

Yoga for Strength: The Yoga for Strength focuses on using body weight and Yoga with Blocks exercises to rebuild strength after injuries, and to build strength required for more advanced yoga poses and arm balances.

Yoga for Balance/Core: The Yoga for Balance/Core focuses on whole core muscles and breath coordination to restore and build strong core on the inside and outside.

Breathing for Better Sleep: 30 minute breathing, gentle stretching ,and guided meditation sessions to relive stress, slow down breath, and prepare the body for a restful sleep.

Breathing for Stress Management: 30 minute breathing class with a focus on restoring proper breathing technique, and slowing down the breath.

Breathing Workshop: 4 weeks of 60 minutes breathing sessions that comprise of the science behind our breath, breathing practices, and breathing tests.
